- The program is originally intended for online learning through an educational platform on the academy website. Through this website, student will access the program’s curriculums, complete tests and assignment and receive all the aid they need.
- The educational process is based on direct live lectures according to a weekly schedule that takes into account the appropriate times for students throughout Canada and across the world. The lectures have an average of 5-6 hours per week distributed among the eight topics.
- Study is divided into two types, depending on lecture topic and course:
- General lectures for topics common in all courses, such as Tajweed, Tafseer, hadith, fiqh, etc.
- Workshops: small study groups of 10 students or less on topics that need more interaction between students and teachers and individual care for each student, namely, Quran recitation and memorizing and hadith memorization.
- Lecture recordings will be available to the students to review and watch anytime.
- The educational process is supplemented by physical events depending on resources available.
Mechanisms of the Educational Process
- The educational curriculum includes interactive activities that work to instill Islamic values, educational principles, and advocacy principles in the students’ souls.
- Students’ evaluation is through Exams in all courses
- Examinations takes place TWICE in each semester (mid-term and finals).
- Written Exams are in the form of multiple choice questions.
- Flexibility and convenience are taken into account in the exams.
- Quran and Hadith memorizing as well as and the Arabic language will be evaluated by Oral Exams.
- The student is considered successful and obtains a certificate of passing the academic level in case of success in the four semesters in all courses with a percentage of no less than 60%.
- The Academy grants the successful students an official academic certificate at the end of each of the 2 levels.
